Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
